PRIMARY BEDROOM
THE BED
Step inside and discover all the little details that matter.
Sink into the modern comforts of our well-appointed primary bedroom with a king sized bed, trendy decor, and warm lighting. The bed includes faux down pillows, a memory foam mattress, thick comforter, and microfiber white sheets. Attached to the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with brand new washer/dryer, shower and appliances.
Living Areas & Kitchen
Spacious living areas including a living room with a 55" smart TV, (Hulu, Netflix & Prime provided) and electric fireplace. There's a dining room for four to enjoy a meal or play from a selection of board games provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, retro fridge, farmhouse sink, small oven and stove, coffee bar, and basic necessities. We have a Keurig, French press, coffee grounds, K-cups with Starbucks coffee, teas and hot cocoa, and cream in the fridge.

One of the highlights of our property is the beautiful backyard. Unwind surrounded by tropical plants, flowers overflowing from the window boxes and numerous outdoor seating areas. A hammock, large deck, picnic table or stumps around the Solo-stove fire pit give you plenty of options to enjoy the evenings. A privacy fence ties in the atmosphere to give you privacy from surrounding businesses. The charm continues as you sit and relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch, where you can sit and sip your morning coffee with views of the historic district.
The cottage is a 5 minute drive to Bethel Beach and less than 10 minutes from Gwynn’s Island, Haven Beach,
numerous landings and the New Point Comfort Lighthouse Observation Deck.
